For fans of authentic sichuan cuisine, all of their dishes are truly flavorful. Their staff is small, but always willing to help with the utmost customer care. Anna at the front always greets you with a smile. David and Vivian really make you feel like you’re eating dinner at a family home. Always a pleasure if you get to chat with one of them. Star items: Mapo Tofu Szechuan Style Tofu Made to order, you can also omit the pork if you’re vegetarian. EASILY the best Mapo Tofu on Long Island. It’s better than most places in Flushing, Chinatown and NYC. Dry Pot Cauliflower Has an amazing balance between savory and spicy, and heat doesn’t linger. It’s the fantastic numbing spice that you can’t get enough of after each bite. Soup Dumpilngs Full of juice/soup, meaty, rivals most places on LI. Braised Beef Noodle Soup Comforting, tender, warm and delicious. If you ever find yourself going to H-Mart or Ikea, it’s worth the pitstop for lunch. Take advantage of their lunch specials too for great value, and just try something you can’t normally get at another American Chinese restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough. ”

“ Born and raised here in Brooklyn, I don’t think I have ever eaten a real authentic Chinese food ever in the city. This place serves delicious and tasty beef braised noodle soup that taste similar to my mothers Pakistani dish. I was enjoying the big bites of moist beef, noodles and super tasty broth. Their chicken dumplings were tasty and juicy! I enjoyed it so much that now’s it’s on top of my list. I’m definitely coming here again! ”

“ Had food for takeout. The braised beef noodle soup is quite tasty. Beef is tender and soup is tasty. Noddles are just ok. The beef scallion pancake is also good. The meat could be more tender though. I would come back to try other things. Update: Pork soup dumplings are good and chicken fried rice is good. This place will probably be a go to spot for me now. ”

All the food in the menu look great and the price reflects the portion so for all the stingie cheap skate stop your bitching if you're a tightwad go somewhere else. The portion for the noodle was big enough for 2 people so it is hefty you get what you pay for. The ladies there are genuinely nice and accomodating. The restaurant is smalll and is a cozy place. Please for god sake look online at the menu for the pictures and prices before you come and whine about how expensive it is. Heck if you're a cheapskate then stay home and eat instant noodle.. ”
